The person
Meredith (she/her/hers) is a graduate student at Northern Kentucky University, pursuing her Master of Social Work with a focus on trauma-informed care. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Meredith moved to Cincinnati in 2023 and brings a deep passion for advocating for others to her clinical work. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin in 2023, where she focused on disability rights and services.

Outside of work, Meredith loves spending time outdoors. She’s passionate about rock climbing, exploring nearby parks, and hiking and camping at Red River Gorge. She also enjoys learning new crafts like crocheting and baking, and she adores quiet moments at home with her partner and two cats, Mr. Beans and Luigi.
The clinician
Meredith has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults in various settings, including supporting kinship and adoptive families as they navigate resources and build connections. Meredith takes a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to therapy, tailoring her work to each individual’s needs. She is dedicated to expanding her expertise in person-centered therapy, ensuring her clients feel empowered, valued, and supported in their journeys. Her clinical interests include working with children as young as five years old through young adults, helping them build resilience and grow in their strengths.
